Shipping Policy

MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING

Every Steady Light Co. item is made to order. Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more when shown at checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Any estimated shipping or delivery date displayed at checkout or provided after purchase is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Items in the same order may be produced by different facilities and could arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us immediately through our Contact page if you notice an error. Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot guarantee that its address can be changed.

DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
